Avenue of the Fountains – Downtown Fountain Hills
This beautifully shaded corridor resembles a quaint Main Street setting. The center island between eastbound and westbound lanes is lined with Sycamore and pine tress and features fine-art fountains and statues. Each year, Fountain Hills Chamber of Commerce holds several events along the avenue, including the Fountain Hills Great Fair, Fountain Hills Festival of Arts and Crafts, and in December the avenue becomes a holiday wonderland with thousands of decorative lights and luminaries.
Avenue of the Fountains Center
Located at the intersection of Avenue of the Fountains and Verde River Drive, this site offers a quaint indoor shopping facility and is also home to the Southtique Mercantile Mall.
