Estancia is a gated custom home golf course community north of Pinnacle Peak mountain located in north Scottsdale.

Golf Digest named Estancia the "Best New Private Course" in 1996.  The size of the homes vary between 3250 to over 8900 square feet.   Lots within this gated community range from .5 acres to over 2 acres.   This is a low-density custom development whereby there are just over 260 homesites covering 640 acres.
