Cave Creek - Cave Creek  Real Estate
Greater Phoenix Arizona has been among the fastest growing cities in the country.

Cave Creek's population of 3,255 enjoy its small town charm, and its proximity to Phoenix's big city benefits. Cave Creek homes range from the low $120's to as much as $8.9 million for a 60 acre estate.

Many people are attracted to the largely untouched beauty of the area. Low-density development is the norm in many communities so be prepared to share your new home in the desert with deer, bobcats, coyotes and quail. Cave Creek and its neighbor Carefree represent a slower, laid-back lifestyle where the old west exists side by side with urban sophistication.

Cave Creek homes are at an elevation of 2,500 feet where the temperatures range from 10 to 15 degrees cooler than Phoenix, though Cave Creek is situated only 20 miles north of Phoenix.

Cave Creek has much to offer its residents - its low humidity and cooler temperatures lure outdoor enthusiasts to such activities as hiking, bicycling, horseback riding, golfing, and jeep touring. The serene, saguaro-studded landscape, decorated with natural outcroppings of massive sand-colored boulders and teeming with jackrabbits and other desert dwellers, attracts new residents. The Indian Wash Greenbelt runs through town offering endless recreational activities including fishing, sailing and other sports.
