Anthem Country Club

The Anthem Country Club is a gated community, built around two championship golf courses, and rises up the hillside.  The Country Club has a luxurious 34,000 square foot clubhouse with pool and tennis facilities. Anthem has a little bit of everything, including 300-foot elevation changes, arroyos, mounding, waterfalls and tiered greens, but a few of the finer qualities of the course really stick out. As with any championship-caliber course, Anthem places a premium on accuracy off the tees. The greens are large, many with two or three tiers, and are well-protected. Narrow necks and front-side bunkers take the bump and run shot out of the bag on most holes, and landing on the wrong tier drastically increases your chances for a three-putt. Anthem Golf & Country Club's 18-hole championship golf course, designed by Greg Nash & Associates, is a beautiful desert course, where you can witness awesome sunrises and sunsets burst over the zigzagging arroyos and saguaro-studded canyons.

Parkside

Parkside is a family oriented neighborhood, although there are still many residents without children.  The Anthem Community Center is constantly busy with activities like dance classes, sports leagues (for both adults and kids), exercise classes, music and computer classes and fun events like a rock wall climbing contest.  Outdoors is busy too, with the “Big Splash” water park, a 63 acre park with catch-and-release fishing, a railroad, a skate park, and acres of baseball and soccer fields.

Tramonto

Throughout Tramonto, village amenities invite a world of carefree enjoyment, including pools and parks, hiking and biking trails, a shopping village and community school are all part of the Tramonto lifestyle.  Tramonto is located at the northeast corner of Interstate-17 and the Carefree Highway.
